continue or retire?

HI,

I have things I can contribute and would be willing to do so, but we seem to
have a lack of people to review donated content and perhaps an overly
restrictive process for accepting content. If we change that we might be able
to build more of a community. There are also complex issues around IP in
donated content, but I don’t think there’s anyway around that. An ASF project
can only release stuff that is compatible with the Apache license.

Kind Regards,
Justin
