Hi Lewis,

Thanks for bumping this thread. I would like to help get a release out as
soon as possible and I'm willing to volunteer as release manager. I can
probably get a first release candidate ready next week.

I think calling it 1.0.2 is probably best because there are bug fixes and
minor improvements, but no major new features (unless you count the Central
SSO feature, but it's not really usable until the portal supports Central
SSO).
