Yes, that would work... see below...

For better or worse, we have chosen to present the functionality of OOo
to users as a series of applications called Calc, Base, Draw, etc... so
as an entry point, I'd recommend keeping to a model users already have
in their heads.

However, on the Calc page, we could do something like:

  Want to improve Calc?

  Spreadsheet ... sc.openoffice.org
  Charting ... graphics.openoffice.org
  Quality control ... qa.openoffice.org
  Documentation ... documentation.openoffice.org
  Supporting users ... 
  Translating ... 

with a list of all the relevant projects?
