I wrote the e-mail with my support for these bubbles just before Louis said we should hurry up with the new design. Anyhow, it was known from start that the bubbles were a temporary solution, that came as a request for the marketing people... I suggest with this new design we could do add text (1em in size, or even a bit smaller) just below the positioner. > I'm back at ... > > http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Website/Proposals You may forget about this page for now, the only page to remember, regarding design, is http://patentpending.co.nz/openoffice/ (Randy, sorry for not having commented yet on your latest iteration. Due to the time pressure, I think it is best to go with Ivan's design now, we can only make minor changes along the way.) I believe the icon curve in the tabs is a little too much, but I definitely like the gull. > 1. setting up an area in tryouts and copy Ivan's current creation there. > ( I would be happy to do this over the weekend, but ideally Ivan should > also have access and I don't know if he does). Ivan, you definitely should arrange this, just mail Louis in private. > 2. Given the mockup of the home page (your link here), could we come up > with actual html templates for the secondary pages?
