Please reconsider. I'm not trying to delay the progress here, but this seems
like a bad idea.
Minimalism can still be achieved with a flat gull outline like Randy proposed.
The 'Minimalist Site Design' shouldn't be enough to eradicate the only strong
branding characteristic OOo has: the seagull. And the "thought bubble" ads
(which is genius) need a gull present.
