The surrounding div is #nonfooter, which has to encapsulate all the content (including the header) except for the footer. This is so that the footer will be positioned at the very bottom of the page/screen (for short pages or very high vertical resolutions where the footer would appear above the bottom of the browser window, leaving white space underneath it) > Server-side scripting is not an option (not available at all). > And including all languages: well, the list is quite huge..
