That's why we got the crumbs, the project's hierarchy-links. (Projects > nl) - nl brings you to nl's mainpage. I feel it should point to www.openoffice.org > - moved homepage content to test another page with "regular" content should be added instead to have an easy way to verify without a specially crafted page. And as you see, the left toolbars is centered vertically (or moved down way too much) - while for the frontpage (www main-page) it is disabled anyway, the regular pages should have it at the top, without the need to scroll.
