I think we also need to make a decision on how to do it in the future. Now we are manually updating a HTML page... allowing for all kinds of errors, since HTML code is produced by a human. I think in the long run it would be better to use e.g. a blog system (e.g. the one build into collabnet ;), but anything that produces RSS is ok ) to write and publish news, and republish this on the OOo website, using a similar technique as used at marketing planet. Another advantage of this would be that there is an always available archive of old news postings...
