Sorry for not providing this before but can't we make the footer look more
like the site. Also I am trying to push this new footer design concept
that mimics the header. Who thinks this is a good idea. I just implemented
on the cover of "ES" (not any other page) but I still like to think that
looks nice.

Is neither here or there, but yeah the footer looks a bit stalle on the
Wiki. No Gray background and looks like we never got it touch from their
monobook days.
