Not the original poster, who e-mailed me off-list to tell me that he hadn't seen the "Include Java JRE" checkbox in http://download.openoffice.org/other.html because he disables JavaScript in his browser... For the rest, I find the page clear. I wouldn't redirect to the specific language anchor in http://download.openoffice.org/other.html otherwise the "Include Java JRE" checkbox is not visible. Then, as others noted, we have the usual inconsistency problem: the root cause is that apaprently there is no possible connection between Bouncer (that knows which builds are actually available) and the www.openoffice.org infrastructure (that must resort to wild guesses on the "typically available" builds and languages). Solving this part would also streamline other processes.
