Done.  I tweaked the text a little... the steps are exactly the same...
the link and the bit of code to add the TOC are the key differences.

Simple is good :-)

Like I said, if the transclusion is better, it can easily be rolled back
(nothing is permanent on the Wiki).  The main reason I swapped the TOC
over to the Template was consistency (it's the Tech Writer in me ;-) ).
