Just remembered something which might be the reason why a test of mine that is
very similar to the chef test passes and this one doesn't: luck.
lets say we have an instance template 1 chef+serviceA and 1 chef+serviceB is it
always guaranteed that chef bootstraps first? or is it put on something like
and hashmap and might bootstrap first or not?
I could't find the time to dig the answer up today, will look into it tomorrow
(unless someone knows)...
