Hi,
Please provide the location where all the *. properties should load
 (i,e nhttp.properties, synapse. properties,transaction.properties etc....)
seems like ESB 4.5 (latest build 18-May-2012) is not loading any of
these.. (I thought we are okay with (ESB_HOME/lib) But
Where should we looking to this for loading ???? ( since there is a
changers in carbon, FYI, Pradeep (CARBON TEAM) please
provide necessary instructions on where to put this files seems no longer
ESB_HOME/lib or ESB_HOME/lob/core/WEB-INF is applicable,
             THIS IS URGENT !!!!
