Hi, As i have explained in one of my previous response, the only way to handle this is to use, absolute paths or fragment bundles.
I think we should go for fragment bundle solution. We are using the same mechanism for log4j properties file as well. There you place the configuration file in the conf directory. During the server startup we make a bundle out of that properties file and put it in to dropins folder as an fragment bundle.
