Github user FRosner commented on the pull request: https://github.com/apache/zeppelin/commit/300f7532342d1ea47b85d3b777a8797a3e2248d4#commitcomment-21095991 In zeppelin-zengine/src/main/java/org/apache/zeppelin/helium/HeliumVisualizationFactory.java: In zeppelin-zengine/src/main/java/org/apache/zeppelin/helium/HeliumVisualizationFactory.java on line 94: #2060 looks good so I can at least "turn it off". Is there some global proxy configuration inside the Zeppelin configuration already we can use? Does it make sense to read `$http_proxy` and `$https_proxy` environment variables and check them? That's how most applications handle it. Are you aware of a Jira issue? If not, I'll create one tomorrow.
