@bzz @jongyoul This push *should* have removed the extraneous git
artifacts. It is still a lot of files. If we want to split it up into smaller
bits, I suggest that we make the documentation and the tests separate PRs.
That's a natural way to break it up.
Note: This is intended to address @bzz's issues 1-3. It does not yet
address issues 5-7 That's tomorrow.
