I have reviewed and commented inline.
Generally it looks great, but I have the feeling that we could dramatically
speed merging it up by reducing the scope of changes.
What do you think about creating a new, much simpler PR, with just copy of
`./r/` from here (with ASF headers and fixed formatting) + adding `./docs` and
updated `zeppelin-distribution/src/bin_license/LICENSE`?
Otherwise we are at risk that changes in different modules might slow
reivew\merge process, as well as struggling with git rebase artifacts is not
the best way to spend the time (at least in my experience).
