@elbamos I have switched to the containerized sudo-less method of R
installation + dependencies in elbamos/Zeppelin-With-R#12 it works, let me
rebase and we should be able to merge it in.
The only problem is now un-relaible
`devtools::install_github('IRkernel/repr')`...
