@felizbear yes, I mean files in the same folder, or the full path.
currently, we can create files with the same name:

"this is a file"
"this is a file"
Shall we allow create files like this?
--
"/this/is/a/file"
"/this/is/a/file"
I think this 2 behavior should be consistent.
