@anmolnar @eolivelli thanks for review. About the switch, I think we can
enable it by default, I'll make that change. But I think it's better to keep
the switch, it's easier to turn off if something goes wrong when deploy it,
also it makes the backward compatible test easier.
I'll have a clean up PR to remove this switch (in the same Jira) when
everything is verified and run stably for a while internally, does that sounds
good to you?
