  If I remember correctly, the problem was in uw-imap, which was
abandoned and removed from Fedora:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/uw-imap/c/ba748fd8f4697d79cf54a4b8a488f95fff04d7c1?branch=rawhide

php-imap is just a wrapper around uw-imap, and as a result was removed, too.
  In other words, it's not only a question of rebuilding, as
dependencies for php-imap are no longer in Fedora.
