I updated my tooling to read the comments as names where they exist in the toml file ( https://pagure.io/fedora-pgm/pgm_scripts/c/bba72cbd6aa43d3750ee789189b3a980aebaaeab?branch=main). I have gone ahead and created the keepalive requests for Silverblue, Kinoite, Sway Atomic, Budgie Atomic & COSMIC Atomic and they can be found here: https://pagure.io/fedora-pgm/schedule/issues?status=Open&tags=spins+keepalive
