Many of these say the count was corrected due to FESCO membership changes.
Why has that made a difference to the count in these cases? Taking the
ModernizeBootISO change as an example, I am guessing you removed fale's
vote from the count - but that was submitted before the election results,
so weren't they still a member of FESCO when they voted?
