surely there is a ton of foedra-packages still shipping sysv/lsb so systemd integration is NOT fnished yet before the next big "feature" is implemented under pressure it would be a good attidtude look that the last ones are finished this is really not anything i would call a clean development and nobody feels responsible for anything
