Either a message in bodhi, or something on bugzilla side.

The maintainer can already do this; they can edit the update and remove that bug from the list of 'bugs fixed by this update'. It would be good if, when a maintainer becomes aware an update definitely doesn't fix a bug they thought it did, they could do this.
