It seems mapiprofile tool can't bind an rpc connection to you Exchange
server for some reason.
I think the most direct way to check your connectivity is to execute:
telnet ser11.capgu.es 135

Yes. Exchange implements NSPI protocol which is used to verify you
user account is valid Exchange account during profile creation.
