No, just a single server.

2. Does the username/password couple you're providing is working using
Outlook? e.g.: do you have a windows test environment working properly?

Yes, we have ~300 users using Oulook or the older Exchange client.

3. Do you have any special char in your password you may have forgotten
to escape?

No, just alphanumeric chars
