Just to get sure we are on the same page: are you trying to connect to
OpenChange server using evolution (with IMAP account) or evolution-mapi
(with MAPI account)?
I assume the later option, but want to get sure.

How do I get Evolution to see the mail on the server? any help would be

Do you have any OpenChange server traces that may help digging further
into it?
I have the samba4 log file, that any use?
It is working with openchangeclient?

To me that looks like that there are no emails in the INBOX, but as I
said, there are two emails visible on the Sogo webmail page and if I
connect with Thunderbird via IMAP I can see them.
The emails are not getting into the openchange INBOX and I cannot find
any info how to get them there.
