Do you have any of the samba libraries (talloc, tevent, ldb, tdb)
installed as part of your distribution packages?

Unfortunately, these traces do not help much. It would be really useful
if you could:

1. add the following line to smb.conf
    dcesrv_mapiproxy:ndrdump = true
2. run samba -d5 -i
3. run ./script/debugoc.py as root to attach gdb to the process
4. in gdb prompt, run continue
5. when the crash occurs, run the command "bt" in gdb
6. send us all the information you collected (stacktrace + output of samba).

We may be able to figure out the root cause this way. On first glance, I
suspect an ABI issue between the samba version you install and maybe
already installed samba dependencies.
