I think there is always some risk in production, for any software. Do you 
agree?

This depends on your risk appetite, which is really your call.

So you don't think you can maintain it? Then perhaps it is not for you at this 
stage. Only you can make that judgement.

Are you working on this? If not, how do you think it can happen?

I think Zentyal and SoGo have done a lot of good work on these aspects.

If no-one tests openchange, or bugs (with diagnostics information) don't get 
reported, then it will take longer.  If people help  - code, bug reporting, 
testing of old bugs, documentation - it'll get better quicker.

identifying, reporting and fixing bugs.
