Thanks Jelmer, i'm trying to setup a default profile from command line but i
got an error:
$ mapiprofile --database=/tmp/profile.ldb --profile=myprofile
--username=myuserid --password=mypass --address=156.54.17.165
--domain=telecomitalia --create
Profile myprofile completed and added to database /tmp/profile.ldb
$ mapiprofile --database=/tmp/profile.ldb --list
We have 1 profiles in the database:
Profile = myprofile
$ mapiprofile --profile=myprofile -S
Profile myprofile is now set the default one
$ openchangeclient
MapiLogonEx : MAPI_E_NETWORK_ERROR (0x80040115)
am I missing something?

The Evolution plugin hasn't been packaged yet, just the command-line
openchange utilities.
