tls should be included in the only set.
I second this. I see no reason why tls support is not compiled by default
into the openser package (and why we keep this dual package thing).
TLS can be enabled/disabled at runtime so it only means an extra
installation dependency, but that's hardly an issue.
I agree! Maybe on embedded devices it is relevant to have a non SSL
version, but probably they do not use debian packages.
