I already explained, criu should not be patched for some "custom" solution
sake (and VE cgroups are not general cgroups present on any vanilla kernel).
We don't have yet "custom cgroups engine" merged and for a while (until I
update cgorups engine which seems to be after version criu 2) I think
libvzctl is a good candidate, simply because its primary target
_exactly_ pcs7 kernels. Igor, what's drawback of using such approach?

this is c/r duty to handle time natively.
It will be solved somehow in the future in mainstream.
but now it resolved in Va7 by 've' cgroup
my proposal is to do a simple (2 line long patch) to add time related cgroups members to criu c/r as custom vz specific patch
to Vz7 repo
