It appears to me that Seb/whoever has updated the wording, it seems perfectly clear to me currently and meets what people here are still talking about - by the use of "suggest" and "might", for example. Francis - it sounds fine to me, I assume the website will contain a list of the tasks posted as and when they are, so you can sign up (if you want) to be told about new tasks as and when they're created - with obviously no obligation for you to do them if you don't want to! - or you can just browse the website whenever you have some spare time.
