Like DX mail? Or contribute to http://npemap.org.uk, or http://freethepostcode.org both of which will end up with different data (of slightly lower accuracy, but enough for most uses) than the RM database, so will not be covered by database right (as far as I can tell).
The npemap data is pretty complete for outward parts, and so sufficient for low-res heatmaps of the country.
