Yes, but so will the db that you buy from the Post Office. I spent a  
couple of years living in a house that shared a streetnumber/postcode  
tuple with another house round the corner. It made it hard to fill out  
web forms, because postcode lookups were keyed on that tuple, which it  
turns out isn't always unique. Unfortunately, the search results  
tended to favour our neighbour, but we did occasionally get mail  
addressed to them!

After a while, a new terrace was built in my street. We ended up with  
three houses sharing the same house number and postcode!
