I thought this was roughly Anna's idea (though as a captcha) and that she had roughed something up that did just that. I may recall incorrectly of course. Its important to realise that an awful lot more people know their postcode and where they live (on a map) than know what lat/long position they live at and/or have any method of discovering it.
