The volunteer developers are Python/Django-oriented. Join us. It is early. The key innovation is a design based on each individuals neighborliness (or exposure) preference and connecting people dynamically versus leaving them in virtual ghost towns. The "problem" with most hyperlocal sites and our own Issues Forum model is that we can't serve areas without leaders making broad recruitment difficult.
