Oh yes, perhaps I should have said "it is conceivable that" rather than "might" to indicate that its not that practical a likelihood. I just wanted to convey that merely because information is "freely" available - in the sense of not being secret, and being easy to find on websites etc - does not mean that you may lawfully scrape it.
