No. Point taken. I know (of course) that you are good guys, but having
two tick boxes already selected (meaning yes I'd like two emails)
looks less good without easy access to your privacy policy. Its both
taken together that doesn't look right.

Perhaps putting the standard TWFY "help" link on the page somewhere
would go a long way towards righting that - unless you think its not
appropriate?
