On http://parlvid.mysociety.org:81/os/ there is a download for the
National Statistics Postcode Database (NSPD) Open dataset. This is a
plain csv file with no header line. Can anyone enlighten me as to what
the columns represent? Is there a lookup table available to map codes in
this dataset to whatever they mean?
