Hi Feargal, We've clocked this too!
It's not the same codebase, and perhaps considerably more important it currently only covers one council, making it much more analagous to LoveCleanLewisham, which launched covering just one area too. Wouldn't It Be Lovely If governments improved the obviously best open source codebase out there (which launched in Norway after just four weeks of dev and managed to cover the whole country), ending up with a better service and a richer commonwealth? Or even use the About page to credit the idea & name to the charity that it borrows from? We can but dream of such fantastical days... best, Tom On 2 August 2011 10:44, Feargal Hogan <[email protected]> wrote: > Just noticed that we now have a FixMyStreet equivalent in Ireland > http://www.fixyourstreet.ie/ > Is it from the same codebase? > Feargal > _______________________________________________ > developers-public mailing list > [email protected] > https://secure.mysociety.org/admin/lists/mailman/listinfo/developers-public > > Unsubscribe: > https://secure.mysociety.org/admin/lists/mailman/options/developers-public/tom%40tomsteinberg.co.uk > _______________________________________________ developers-public mailing list [email protected] https://secure.mysociety.org/admin/lists/mailman/listinfo/developers-public Unsubscribe: https://secure.mysociety.org/admin/lists/mailman/options/developers-public/archive%40mail-archive.com
