+1 for WhoRunsIt.org . Really excellent, and like Matt said, they have (slightly stale) director's info as data.
The Companies House directors info is really problematic, as while the cost of buying in bulk is expensive, the cost of getting a live feed is out of the reach of those without lots of money, which in turn leads to info asymmetries....
