I've also blogged about why the governance is in itself a problem[1] and
also why on the economics of open data[2], which goes to the heart of the
PDC case, and the way the govt/shareholder exec is positioning it.

Is the problem that you've seen lots of arguments, or that you haven't seen
an elevator-pitch type one that sums it up in a single sentence?
