I shall try that! One of the real wins of the no-knead baked in a pot bread is that it has a nice thick crust, and big bubble crumb inside. So when sliced it is great for honey, and when gently dried and partially toasted under a grill it is perfect for rubbing some oil and a garlic clove into and then topping for bruschetta.
