But I do think the jsp-editors can not be considered 'core' mmbase. If they
fail to work on tomcat 4.0, then that is too bad. Feel free to fix it, but
since I consider 
1. this a problem of tomcat, not of mmbase
2. the jsp-editors to be replacable (SCAN-editors, alternative editors of
   e.g. andre)

I don't really feel like spending effort on this issue myself. Especially
because the combination tomcat 4.0/taglib seems to be to slow for actual use
any way. (and that would seem really hard to fix on the mmbase side)
