If you leave xalan.jar and xerces.jar out of the mmbase web-app
deployment, Orion 1.5.2 users will have to find be notified where to
download and how to install the appropriate versions.

MMBase won't work with the older versions of xalan.jar and xerces.jar
which are the default in Orion 1.5.2.
