So, which remark was so very helpful then, and why? (If logging does not start then dtd validation might be a problem on your server) I really don't see how 'dtd validation might be a problem'. It simply should never be a problem (at least in 1.6). (Depending on your selected logging system no more logging might be written to this file. See the configuration of the selected logging system for more hints where logging will appear) Regarding 'stdout' as a file i find only a semi-true, and possibly confusing notice.
