maybe it would be nice to indicate to what file at what loction the logging
is routed. for non-illuminated system admin's that could be helpfull...

helpfull ? nay, maybe I should say, "comforting".

stdout ? I think its quite recently that I found log4j did
indeed continue in another file from that point on.
had something to do  a log4j2 class somewhere ?
the only comforting thing was the fact that there was
this final remark in the log, which saved me from despair,
regardless of whether it made any sense :-)

whatever. take it out.
or maybe .. replace it with a dotted line ?
