Yes, but it is a 'change' in configuration (not useually something you like to introduce in a patch).
Also, while we agreed on location fo the config files, I'm not sure everyone has the same idea on implementation ;)


Should code not be tested before you are going to propose it as a hack ? Personally i would like to see more discussions on the devlist, and testing before hacks are actually checked in.

I test my code, but I want others to test it too.
Frankly, I doubt anyone will until it is checked in in CVS.
Very few - if any - people will apply the diffs I sent to their code.
I think we need to be be realistic and either accept that no-one will test code until it is in CVS and running, or we need to set rules on who tests what, and extend the voting window to allow for this.
